Hampden Agencies Limited (HAL) is a Lloyd's Members’ Agent which represents and advises Members of Lloyd's about all aspects of their underwriting at Lloyd's. HAL deals with both unlimited liability and limited liability members of Lloyd's.

For 2010, HAL is the largest adviser to private capital at Lloyd's, providing over £1.8 billion of underwriting capacity to the Lloyd's Market.

HAL is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). It is a subsidiary of Hampden Capital plc whose parent company is Hampden Holdings Limited.

Administration and tax advisory services are provided via HAL’s sister companies Nomina plc and Hampden Tax Consultants.
