David is a chartered accountant and began his career working for Neville Russell before moving to Foxboro as an internal auditor. David worked at HAL and its predecessor companies from 1984 to 2000, and was a founding equity director of Falcon Agencies in 1994. He moved to Aegon from 2000 to 2006, and then spent a year at the Financial Services Authority before returning to HAL to take up his current position in 2007.
