Hampden Agencies Limited’s (HAL) approach to corporate responsibility is shaped by the values of the company and reflects its attitude to its business, its stakeholders, the needs of the local community, and the concerns of the wider world.

HAL addresses corporate responsibility through five principal areas: governance, stakeholders, environment, community, and charity. Within these areas, HAL is committed to the following:

Governance

  • Managing its business responsibly and with integrity.
  • Complying with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Acting in accordance with relevant aspects of the Combined Code.
  • Ensuring that employees are appropriately qualified.


Stakeholders

  • Treating clients, employees, and business partners fairly and respectfully.
  • Providing high standards of service.
  • Implementing and regularly reviewing policies and practices related to client communications, marketing, and public relations.
  • Valuing its employees and recognising their contribution to the business.
  • Implementing and regularly reviewing policies and practices related to recruitment, remuneration,and other staff matters..

Environment
