Hampden Tax Consultants provides an important support function to the Hampden Group of companies by advising on tax and pension options to Lloyd’s Names whether they be unlimited sole traders, shareholders in NameCos or members of LLPs.

Additionally, HTC offer the full range of taxation services that you would expect from any accountancy or tax consultancy firm including the preparation and filing of personal and corporate tax returns and also those for trustees/personal representatives and partnerships. We also prepare accounts for sole traders, limited companies, trustees and partnerships.

We offer the full range of tax planning and advisory services to residents and nationals of all countries and have a particular specialism in non-domiciled UK-residents.

In April 2010. HTC has become a division of ST Hampden Limited, who practise under the name of Seymour Taylor, a long established firm of Accountants. This enables us to extend our range of services to their clients and our own. ST Hampden Limited is a related Company within the Group.

The Directors and staff see this change as a very positive move for us all and foresee that the only impact on our service level to our clients will be positive.
