LLPs were allowed to underwrite at Lloyds for the first time in 2007. A large number of unlimited liability Members have converted from unlimited liability underwriting to LLPs and we believe that this trend of conversion will continue.

Nomina Plc provides all the management and administration services necessary to ensure the proper management and conduct of limited liability vehicles, including supplying the board and company secretary, or designated members, and handling compliance, accounting, audit arrangements and reporting to HMRC. We can also assist with the administration of a company after its Lloyds affairs have been completed.
