There are some fees payable to Nomina plc associated with underwriting at Lloyd’s via a Nameco or LLP.

Start Up Costs

To set up a Nameco or LLP there are various fees depending on which category the application falls into. These are;-

Conversion from Unlimited Liability: £3,200 (inc VAT)

New Application: £10,000 (inc VAT)

New Corporate Application: £30,000 (inc VAT)

These fees include all Nomina, Lloyd’s and Companies House fees for the setting up of the vehicle. This is payable upon application and is a one off fee.

Annual Fee

The Annual Fee for Nomina’s administrative services, including preparation of Company/LLP Accounts and Company/LLP Tax Return, is currently £2,625 plus VAT. This is payable in June each year.
